Error Icons showing inappropriately in repeat grids

Summary
Error icons are covering up lot of space in fields when there are errors in repeat grids. User is unable to select an option behind that error message.

Steps to Reproduce
Try setting error message to a text input and radio button in repeat grid.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following local change:
User can increase the cell width as needed. This way space will be available for error icon within the cell.
