Error LockGoneException

Summary



User observes that under some circumstances, the activity CAVerticalLogtaskCompleted causes an LockGoneException exception in the log files.

com.pega.pegarules.pub.database.LockGoneException


Steps to Reproduce



You can reproduce this error when you use the cross to close service tab.


Root Cause



The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules
.


Resolution



HFix-21241 is addressing this issue.
