Error in log should be info or debug message

When having a declare page with a lengthy page group/list, PRPC throws an error in the log.

This should be a debug or info message.

Error Messages

2015-10-30 03:02:34,568 [ WebContainer : 16] [ STANDARD] [my_ruleset] (internal.clipboard.PropertySet) ERROR my_IPAddress|SOAP|my_Services|Services|my_declare_page - detected large array in iterator: 1587

Steps to Reproduce

Have a declare page with a lengthy page group/list.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. A diagnostic warning is output as an ERROR for large arrays.

For PRPC 6.2sp2, set the logging level for to FATAL.
This is the only error message in this class, so this change to the logging level will not mask any other errors.

In Pega7, the message has been changed to be a Warn message.  The default logging level for is ALERT, so the Warn message will not be shown unless the logging level is lowered.
