Error message is appearing on the grid eventhough it is expand

Summary
Issue : Even after configuring "Field-level errors" to "As image with tooltip" on scripts and styles tab of Harness, the errors are displayed as complete error message if the fields associated with errors are present in Dynamiclayouts.
User Description of problem : User has a Grid Repeat section which contains expand or collapsible layouts and inside those they have a section which contains properties. If they have any error message at property level even though the layout is expand they are getting an error message along with the triangle at field level.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a repeat grid section.
- Add a section with expand/collapse feature.Propagate an error message inside the section.
Root Cause
No issue, expected behavior.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
This is an expected behavior, and done on a purpose.
Dynamic layouts are responsive and so if they rendered on mobile or other devices and if the errors are shown as just image with tool-tip, user will have issues.
Mobile has no “hover” for the tool-tip to work. User does not understand what the error is about, for the field on mobile.
As local-change, if user requires consistency all over Grid, user can use free-form layout instead of Dynamic layouts (if no plans of rendering it on mobile), may be only in this case.
