Unable to 'Save as' the existing summary view with PRPC 6.2 SP1.

Steps to Reproduce
'Save as' the existing Summary View rule which has date time property used in reporting criteria condition.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change step:
Select the "Convert criteria values form Locale values?" option on content tab.
