Error message displays thrice on refresh of Perform harness

Summary
On executing a post activity, a page-set-message sets an error message on the work page. This error displays on the screen. On performing some action on the same screen, the Perform harness refreshes and the error message displays thrice. Additionally, the header and footer error sections display on the UI.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open the work object from a work basket or a work list.
- Update a drop down property. If the dropdown value changes, the user must expand a section. Hence, on the post activity, if the drop down value changes and user does not expand this section, the error 'Please expand the abc section' message displays on the UI.
- Expand the section.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Use the below code in a CSS text file and add it to the corresponding Perform harness.

}
