Error message not shown as literal

There is a property with an edit-validate defined on it. The property is included in a section with the control pxTextArea used.

When the edit validate returns false, an error message is shown on top of the property, however it is not shown as literal which means that for example the character < is changed to '<' . This is not understood by the end users.

Error Messages

No such error message. Basically it is displaying the < as &lt

Steps to Reproduce

Enter a string in the property that does makes that the rule Edit Validate returns false. The error message is shown incorrect

Root Cause

Double encoding of the string happened as a result the encoded string is being shown at the client

Changes are made in pzADDMessages RUF and a HFIX-9994 provided to fix the issue
