Summary

Error message occurs in the production environment after creating a case.

No Flow name specified to start the processing.

Create a Case Type with three stages. For example, Stage 1, Stage 2, and Stage 3
Set DRAFT-OFF for the flows in Stage 1 and Stage 2
Set DRAFT-ON for the flows in Stage 3
Set the production level of the system as 5
Create the case

An issue in the custom application code or rules.

Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:

As the flows in the Stage 3 had the Draft mode On, they are not picked in the production environment.
