Steps to Reproduce

  1. Work on a case
  2. Verify the server logs after the final submit


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. Method getAgentQueue logs error when it's result is null. Log level should be changed to debug as it does not have to be an error.

Resolution



This issue is addressed in the Pega 7.4.15 patch release.
