Error occurs on clicking a link from the email with Pega 7.3.1.


Error Messages



This request for information cannot be processed (Session state is invalid)


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Configure Directed Web Access (DWA) for an external assignment processing
  2. Click the link from the email.


Root Cause



Incorrect configuration in the external assignment.


Resolution

Perform the following local-change:
  1. Add the DWA party and the data transform in the Parties section of Rule case type.
  2. Configure the assignment properties as below:



In the data transform rule provided in case type rule, ensure that the operator identifier, pyWorkPartyUri, and pyEmail1 values are set.

The link is valid only for one time.
