Summary



Error occurs on clicking the Select All checkbox on a Grid in the Pega Customer Service application.


Error Messages



There has been an issue: please consult your system administrator.




Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a section with a table layout.
  2. Include a checkbox for a few records.
  3. Configure the Select All checkbox to select all records at a time.


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


Resolution



This feature is implemented in Pega Customer Service 8.4.
