Error occurs on deploying a Web Archive (WAR) file and starting the JVM, post upgrade to Pega 7.4.

Steps to Reproduce
- Revert the database
- Restart the upgrade
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. A third party JAR file was loaded to the customer codeset.
Resolution
Make the following change to the operating environment:
Delete the following from <rule_schema>.PR_ENGINECLASSES:
- pzjar (such as, xerces-2.4.0.jar)
- pzcodeset='customer'
