Steps to Reproduce
- Open a case configured with Optimistic locking
- Click Other Actions
- Launch the Send Correspondence local action
- Enter the details of the email
- Click Send. The email is sent
- Click Other Actions
- Click Send Correspondence to send another e-mail from the same case
- Enter the details again or leave them as they are populated
- Click Send. Error related to locking occurs and the screen refreshes. The Send Correspondence screen displays
Root Cause
The pyCaseUpdateInf page contains the Optimistic Locking information and the Latest Update information.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Remove the pyCaseUpdateInfo page after the e-mail is sent.
