Error occurs on importing the sample prospect data excel file.

The Unique ID for this row is blank.




Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to the application
  2. Perform Prospect Import using excel file which is confirmed as matching the Prospect Template. Unique IDs for the rows are blank


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The prospect import functionality executes the PerformImport activity using a Queue call to run the parsing and import process asyncronously.
The Queue call invokes a child requestor. On execution, the child requestor assumes the default access group of the operator. 


Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

Set the default Access group of the operator to the one defined for the Pega Marketing application.
