Error occurs on opening a work object. This occurs post application upgrade.


Error Messages



You have reached the maximum limit for pending changes. Please commit/cancel one or more changes to continue.


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Upgrade from Pega 7.1.8 to Pega 8.1
  2. Launch Designer Studio form another domain
  3. Open more than two work objects


Root Cause



The document.domain was not set at the initial stage of harness rendering. As a result, the change tracker merge did not occur to top window.


Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

Use the pyMetaTags HTML fragment to set the domain.
