Summary
Error occurs when the Send Email utility in a flow points to a workparty and a notification is triggered. The issue occurs post migrating the application from Pega 7.1.5 to Pega 7.4.

Steps to Reproduce
- Migrate the application from Pega 7.1.5 to Pega 7.4
- Create a Send Email utility in a flow on Pega 7.1.5
- Route the Send Email utility to a workparty
- Move the flow to Pega 7.4 and verify the same
Root Cause
The Send Email smartshape is used to store the party information in the PartyRole parameter on Pega 7.1.5 and it's previous versions. However, it is stored in To_PartyRoles params on Pega 7.1.6 and later versions. The pzSendEmail processing activity is modified in the higher versions. However, it ignores the configuration of Pega 7.1.5 and the previous versions.
