Summary
Error occurs while generating a Database Explain plan while running a SQL query.
Error Messages
There is no configuration (no Data-Admin-DB-Name instance) for database Read-only PegaRULES
Steps to Reproduce
Run a query from the query runner.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:- Add a Read-only user to the database
- Add the JNDI entry for this user in the application server
- Add the below entries in the prconfig.xml file for this Read-only user for the Data and Rules schema:
<env name="database/databases/${DBName}/readOnlyUserName" value="${username}"/>
<env name="database/databases/${DBName}/readOnlyPassword" value="${password}"/>
- Restart the application server
