Error in opening interaction from Recent Interactions section



An interaction is opened from the Recent Interactions section in the Interaction driver and closed. Error occurs when another interaction is opened from the Recent Interactions section.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to the portal using CSISysadmin access group which points to the Pega Customer Service for Insurance 7.4. 
  2. Create an Interaction case from the Interaction portal.
  3. Click the Submit button to navigate to the Interaction driver. 
  4. Scroll down to access the Recent Interactions section.
  5. Open the second Interaction case (I-12) from the Recent Interactions case.
  6. Click the Close button to close I-12. Closing I-12 navigates to the Interaction Driver. 
  7. Click the first interaction whose work ID is I-13.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’  code or rules.


Apply the following hotfixes:
  1. HFix-44375
  2. HFix-45568.
