Error on performing an action after opening a case



Error occurs on performing an action after opening a case on the Case Worker portal.   

Error Messages


Harness failure error 


Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Case Worker portal
2. Open a case from the work basket
3. Perform an action on the screen

Root Cause

A software use or operation error.


Perform the following local-change:
Select the Render as single page checkbox in the dynamic container configuration on the Case Worker portal.
