Error on performing a private checkout of Offer rule

Summary
Error occurs on performing a private checkout of the Offer rule. User is unable to discard the rule after the performing the private checkout. User updates Pega Marketing 7.2.2 to Pega Marketing 7.3.1 and runs a campaign. Error occurs after the campaign is completed. However, the same error occurs on saving the Offer rule outside it's class or ruleset. The same error message occurs in the RED_20_PRO offer flow and while validating the rules.

Steps to Reproduce
Resave the Offer flow rule.
Root Cause
A variable which is defined in the SMS shape is also defined in the database and a file.
Resolution
Apply HFix-45479.
