Error in pzsavedatatypesettings when saving delegated Data Table

Summary
User is unable to edit and save a delegated Data Type. A blank ActivityStatusError message appears and there is an error in the log.
The issue occurs when HFix-35909 is installed and the Data Type ruleset is locked.
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
- Launch the Case Manager portal and click on Configuration.
- Click the Edit button for the delegated Data Type.
- Edit an entry and try to save.
- Observe that a blank ActivityStatusError message appears and there is an error in the log.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules
Resolution
Apply HFix-38424. The hot fix removes the Save button as it is not needed since the Data Type will auto save when the user tabs out of the field.
