Error on restarting JVM post installing HFix-41957

Summary
User installs a DL containing HFix-41957, its dependent hotfixes, and does not restart the JVM immediately. The engine works fine after the restart but error displays on the login screen.
Error Messages
java.lang.NoSuchMethodError
java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: com/session/external/mgmt/IPRRequestor.isNodeCrashActivityRun()Z
Steps to Reproduce
- Install the DL item
- Restart the system
Root Cause
The DL item included both the code and library changes to go along with the rules.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Delete the PegaRULES_Extract_Marker file on the temporary directory such that the libraries are recompiled automatically at startup
- Restart the system
