Error on screen after December 31, 2016



Developer is using the sample data that comes along with Customer Service for Health Care.

After December 31, 2016, Interaction cases are not getting created and it shows an error on screen.

Error Messages

"Parties:** Error loading RULE-DECLARE-PAGES D_MEMBER_DETAILS #20160331T131603.031 GMT [MemberID:"MB2015072410"] using activity {pyClassName=PegaCPMHC-Party-Member, pxObjClass=Rule-Obj-Activity, pyActivityName=DPLoadMember}".

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to the system and launch the interaction portal.
2. Start the interaction either from new phone call or demo screen popup.
3. Try to select any policy from the policies.

Root Cause

Developer is facing the error on UI becuase of the following:

IndividualAccumulators and FamilyAccumulators Datapages are empty for exiperd policies but some calculations on those empty datapages which is causing number format exception in 'GetIndividualDeductibles' activity.

To resolve the issue,
GetIndividualDeductibles activity is modified to handle this type of exceptions and also added a step in ApplicationSettings data transform of PegaCPMHC-Admin-ApplicationSetting to make
"PortalCobrowsingEnabled" to 'false'.
