Summary
Error displays on the screen during Bulk Actions operation.
Error Messages
Results: pyBPSuccess <Work Object> is displayed on the screen.
Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the Pega application.
- Switch to the Business Administrator portal.
- In the Options menu, select Bulk Actions.
- Select any operator from the 'Transfer work from' dropdown.
- Select any single work object and select an operator from 'Transfer to an operator'.
- Click 'Process Selected Assignments'. Processing completes with the transfer, however, the error message displays on the screen.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The pyCMBulkActions (old) harness was used.
Resolution
As a local-change, use the new Bulk process harness, pzbulkprocessing.
