Error occurs when loading the D_pzOfflineCaseAttachments data page.


Error Messages



In Tracer:
**Unable to load data page D_pzOfflineCaseAttachments. Required parameter LinkRefFrom cannot be blank


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enable Tracer
  2. Execute offline sync on system


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. Required LinkRefFrom parameter was blank.

The source of the D_pzOfflineCaseAttachments data page is the pyGetAllOfflineAttachments report definition rule.


Resolution

Perform either of the below actions:
  • Source the D_pzOfflineCaseAttachments data page from a new Link-Attachment activity, pyGetAllOfflineAttachments
  • Apply HFix-41548
