Error when trying to access SMA from Designer Studio in Pega717

Summary
After upgrading from Pega 7.1.6 to Pega 7.1.7, users were no longer able to access the System Management Aapplication (SMA) from within Designer Studio. Users were getting HTTP 404 error message. However they were able to launch the SMA in browser directly.
Error Messages
404: There is no Action mapped for action name
Steps to Reproduce
Click on Designer studio>System>Operations>System Management Application
Resolution
Add URL pattern for SMA URL in System: Settings .
http://host_name:port_number/prsysmgmt/getnodes.action
