Error when trying to launch a microsite

Summary
Error is experienced when trying to launch or browse the microsite.
Error Messages
PRGateway Exception: Logical host: NBAM does not map to a PRPC host.
PRGateway Exception: Failed to connect to URL
Steps to Reproduce
1. Send an offer mail to end user with microsite link configured in it.
2. Click on microsite link.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules
User has miscofingured few microsite settings:
- Connection Name and Host URL was misconfigured.
- In index.html (available under webapps/MS folder ofTomcat Server) settings pega.web.config.appName and pega.web.config.systemID are not given correct values.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change steps:
1. Mention Connection Name as "NBAM" and Host URL to have IPAddress and correct port number.
2. In index.html (available under webapps/MS folder ofTomcat Server) settings:
a. pega.web.config.appName - should name of the application user has created on top of PegaMarketing
b. pega.web.config.systemID should be NBAM
