Error while adding history for adaptive models in the Program

Summary



User reported that they are getting BadInputException while running the Outbound Next-Best-Action Marketing (NBAM) Program.

Error Messages



com.pega.pegarules.pub.database.BadInputException: Cannot open or save instances of class History---the class might be abstract, or it might have no defined keys, or it might descend from Code-.

Steps to Reproduce



1) Enable Adaptive models in DSM NBAM enabled instance. 
2) Create a Strategy with Adaptive component.
3) Run the outbound Program by configuring the Strategy with Adaptive model created.


Root Cause



The error seems occur when ADM tries to save Audit notes, for which it tries to save an instance of a -History class.

Resolution



Un-check the 'Audit notes' checkbox in the 'Advanced configuration' section on the 'Settings' tab of the Adaptive Model rule.
