Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is defect/misconfiguration in the operating environment.
| Error in static content path prevents file from being served. Issue is due to an asterisk in the path name. Illegal characters detected in the path "/StaticContent/common/50205b6e505771d5da7526a1ba1d642f/fcst.pxl.int/prweb/pegasso/customURL*/webwb/desktopimages/pxloginbackground.jpg". You must not use ", ?, *, <, >, |, : at com.pega.pegarules.priv.storage.StorageUtils.normalizeRelativePath(StorageUtils.java:215). |
Resolution
This issue is resolved by Hfix-8818.
