Error while trying to view Notes or Attachments



User getting an error while viewing the Notes or Attachments using double click.

Error Messages

Error : Unable to open attachment . you lack the required permissions.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Open any work object and go to attachments and click on Advanced link. 
2.Add one note and Double click on that to open then we can see the error message in the popup.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules : Incorrect attribute of ViewTable_ondblclick method defined in "pega_ui_listview.js" caused the access issue.
