Error (X) icon does not display on the tab headers

Summary
When a validation error occurs, the error icon (red 'X') does not display on the tab headers. Hence, unable to determine the tab with the error field. This occurs on configuring the UI with nested tab repeat layouts.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure nested tabbed repeats.
- Configure a field to use server-side validation.
- Submit the form without entering a value for the field.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-39278.
