Errors occur when an agent and a user or a system process an assignment simultaneously.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a process with a Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Process the assignment at the same time when the agent is processing it
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. In case of success indicator -28 in the establish context activity, an assignment is marked as problem assignment though the assignment is processed, which is incorrect.
Resolution
This issue is addressed in the Pega 8.3.3 patch release.
