Errors when Saving Application after running Application Express
SA-7998
Summary
After installing Smart Dispute 7.12, developers see errors while saving the SmartDisputeIssuerAll 07.12 application rule, as instructed by the installation guide.
Error Messages
Implementation Class:
** Invalid Class Name.
pyWorkMetaData:
The prefix D may not be used by two classes (PegaCard-Sd-Dispute-Visa-International-AP-Wki and PegaCard-Sd-Dispute-MC-International-Wki) that do not share the same workpool (unknown). Please update the prefixes to resolve this issue.
Steps to Reproduce
Attempt to save the SmartDisputeIssuerAll 07.12 application rule as instructed by the Smart Dispute For Issuers 7.1.2 installation guide.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is an error/omission in product documentation, which can potentially result in references to instances that have not been installed.
Resolution
As not every Smart Dispute implementation will use all of the Associations provided with the product, some of the classes and case types listed in the SmartDisputeIssuerAll 07.12 application may be included in jar files that are not installed in your environment. To resolve this, review the rulesets and classes that are included on this application rule's 'Definition' and 'Cases & Data' tabs and remove the references to instances that are not installed prior to saving the rule.
The documentation is slated to be reviewed and updated for future releases of Smart Dispute.
