Events are not triggered post upgrade to Pega 7.4

Summary
Post upgrade to Pega 7.4, an event (such as Smart Info not appearing on hover) is not triggered.

Steps to Reproduce
Upgrade PRPC 6.2 to Pega 7.4.
Root Cause
The old PerformScreenFlow harness was used to run the screen flow. This interfered with the click event architecture and caused the issue. Additionally, the UIKit ruleset was not included in the application.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Use TabbedScreenFlow7 instead of PerformScreenFlow.
