Every operator can fullfill every requirement assignment

Summary



Even if an assignment was routed to manager (escalation action), the current operator can reopen case and proceed with fulfillment.

Moreover, an operator can search for every case and fulfill requirements assigned to other operators.

Steps to Reproduce



1. Create new Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) case.
2. Complete Capture stage, proceed to Document assessment (Requirements).
3. Open requirement case and Escalate to manager.
4. Reopen requirement case.
6. Search for other operator’s requirement case.
7. Click active link 'Satisfy Requirement'.

Expected behavior.

Resolution



Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:

If different operators belongs to same access group pointing to the same application then they have same roles.

Due to this reason, operator has the provision to fulfil the case.

To restrict accessing the case then one must provide different roles to operators.
