Summary
User working on the application experience slowness in the application, and eventually the system just hangs and the server crashes.
Error Messages
Before the server becomes unavailable, a null pointer exception is seen in the logs.

Root Cause
Pegasystem Bug. Fix pruning logic in MostRecentlyUsedMap to avoid null pointer when it has to prune all the entries.
Resolution
This issue is resolved using HFix-21563 hotfix.
