Exception on loading Mashup

Summary
User loads Mashup. However, the https://<hostname>?pyActivity=pzIncludeMashupScripts request gets triggered resulting in exception.
Error Messages
Access to hostname.net was denied
You don't have authorization to view this page.
HTTP ERROR 403
Steps to Reproduce
- Configure Mashup
- Access Mashup on the browser
Root Cause
A third-party product issue.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Create the below Dynamic System Setting (DSS)
security/csrf/samesitecookieattributevalue
Owning Ruleset: Pega-Engine
Value: none - Restart the server
