Summary
Exception while clearing Data Page using System Management Application (SMA). This issue is limited only to application specific Node Level Datapage and not Out-of-the-box (OOTB) pages.
Error Messages
(management.ManagementAPIHelper) ERROR - Exception during engine invocation: com.pega.pegarules.management.internal.DeclarativePageCacheManagementAPI.ClearSharedPages
Steps to Reproduce
- Open SMA, navigate to Advanced > Declarative Page Cache Management > Node Pages: Clear.
- Click Clear.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-27507.
