Existing organization names not used in application wizard

Summary
When creating a new framework on top of an existing framework using the application wizard, the existing organization names are not reused.
Instead, the wizard looks to generate new organization names. If the existing names are input an error is thrown.
Error Messages
No error message but there was a issue while creating rulesets versions.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a framework on top of existing application.
2. Try to use existing organization names.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-32729.
