Expand/Collapse does not work in Audit

Summary
The out-of-the-box pyHistoryAndAttachments fails to trigger the Expand/Collapse headers in the pyAuditDetails Audit History. Additionally, the Narrative Newest link is misaligned in the pyCaseNarrative section.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Create a section with a layout group with title as AuditDetails.
- Refer to the pyHistoryAndAttachments section in that tab.
- Execute the flow.
Root Cause
The Expand/Collapse was not triggered because the Defer load was checked while the out-of-the-box section was embedded.
The link was misaligned due to the custom format. With the out-of-the-box tab format, the link displayed correctly.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Uncheck the Defer Load while invoking the section.
