ExpandWhen option does not work

Summary
In a collapsible dynamic layout, the ExpandWhen option does not work correctly on calling it from a Repeating Dynamic layout (RDL). Once the When condition is True for the ExpandWhen option, it expands the current row and the rows below without checking the When condition.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a link such that, onClick, it populates a Pagelist 'A' using an activity. This Pagelist is embedded under a Page 'Temp'. Next, it must call 'Finish Assignment'. The flow navigates to next assignment on clicking the link.
- On the next screen, a RDL with a section embed is necessary. The RDL's source must be Pagelist 'A'.
- Configure the layout, included in the next section, such that a Condition expression is attached to it and to an ExpandWhen option.
- Include a condition such that a row from the pagelist meets the ExpandWhen option.
- Save and Run the use case.
Root Cause
For the RDL, the flag for blsRDL and the Check in the HTML helper were not present.
Resolution
Apply HFix-37708. Note: Checkout and resave pzAssemblePreprocess. Also, clear the database cache.
