Export to Excel button does not display in Chrome

Summary
Export to Excel button does not show on the Decision Table ruleform when expected.

Steps to Reproduce
In a non-IE browser, open any decision table with number or rows exceeding the value of DecisiontTableSizeThreshold system variable.
Root Cause
In IE, the button is displayed as expected.
In browsers other than IE, editing in Excel is not supported due to browsers not supporting ActiveX controls. So the button does not display on the ruleform.
Resolution
This is an expected behavior because only in IE browser, the 'Export to Excel' button is displayed.
You may notice a message on the Decision table ruleform recommending users to edit table in Excel in your browser. Please note that this message applies to an IE browser only.
