Export Excel in IPAD-Safari browser is not working



On click of export to excel in IPAD, Safari browser screen is showing blank screen.

User has to re-login after this click to come back to original screen.

There are no script errors.

Steps to Reproduce

Click on Export to Excel in IPAD safari browser.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

The current implementation of Export to Excel does not and cannot support mobile devices.


An enhancement request, FDBK-19352, has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
