Export to Excel not working - Unable to read file

Summary

When using IE 11 in a PRPC 6.1 environment, you are unable to use the Export to Excel function.

"Unable to read file"

This feature used to work properly before IE 11 upgrade.

This is due to compatibility issues between IE 11 and PRPC 6.x.
