Extra space is displaying in layout header with Standard format

Summary
Extra space is displaying in layout header having Container format as Standard. This extra space is not observed when the container format is set with any other format apart from 'Standard'.

Steps to Reproduce
Configure a layout(Free form or smart layout) with Container format as 'Standard'
Root Cause
Header section of the layout was customized and showed a blue box.
A local change(added style to display blue color for layout header) was resulting into reported behaviour.
Resolution
Removing the local change resolved the issue.
