Extract rule does not execute the latest version

On PRPC 5.5 using BIX 2.3, when you execute a BIX extraction via command-line it does not find the latest version of the BIX extract rule.

Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

Run the Ant script and compare the behavior with the latest version of the extract rule.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. The old rule is cached in PRPC.

This issue is resolved through the following local-change:
Check out and check in the new rule.

You can also clear the cache globally to resolve other conflicts. If you do so, you receive a temporary performance impact during first use assembly, which requires a restart of the PRPC environment. You must only performe restart during a maintenance window.
