Extract rule is not accepting "Last Extraction Time" in filters

BIX user guide discusses the use of a symbolic value "Last Extraction Time" for use with filters. When trying to use this value and a save is attempted, an error is thrown on the Extract rule.

Error Messages

An invalid comparison value or an invalid column has been entered for the right-hand side of a filter condition: 'A'. Enter a valid column, calculation, or literal value.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create an extract rule.
  2. Go to Filter conditions tab, specify pxCreateDateTime in filter condition and for value specify "Last Extraction Time"
  3. Try to Save the Extract Rule.

Root Cause

The symbolic value "Last Extraction Time" does not exist for use in Pega 7.1.8.

The symbolic value "Last Extraction Time" was not introduced until Pega 7.1.9. Updating to that version will allow developers to utilize that functionality.
