Extract rule when run manually from PRPC showing 'No instance found in database' and in Log file error message showing "Unable to process PruGI-MS-CC-CPM-Work-Interaction: [jcc][t4][10434][12579][3.53.70] Invalid operation: ResultSet holdability HOLD_CURSORS_OVER_COMMIT is not allowed on an XA connection. ERRORCODE=-4476, SQLSTATE=null
Error Messages
In Run Rule Window 'No instance found in the database' message came and below message in Log file.
Unable to process PruGI-MS-CC-CPM-Work-Interaction: [jcc][t4][10434][12579][3.53.70] Invalid operation: ResultSet holdability HOLD_CURSORS_OVER_COMMIT is not allowed on an XA connection. ERRORCODE=-4476, SQLSTATE=null
- Error occured while trying execute an Extract rule
Steps to Reproduce
1. Extract rule Created
2. Output Format chosen as 'xml'
3. Filter criteria added based on date range.
4.Output file path provided to be server's 'C' drive 'temp' folder
5.Run the Extract rule
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
XA driver does not support cursors extending over a commit
This issue is resolved by hotfix item 2977 delivered.
