Extract rules are not holding the filter criteria

Summary
Pega Platform 8.1.3 is upgraded to Pega Platform 8.1.6.
Business Intelligence Exchange (BIX) 08.01.03 is upgraded to BIX 8.2.2.
When performing a Save As of the Extract rules for the first time from the previous Pega versions, Extract rules do not contain the filter criteria. On resaving the Extract rules, the rules have the Filter criteria.

Steps to Reproduce
In Pega Platform 8.1.6, perform a Save As of the Extract rule (which has a Filter criteria created in the previous version).
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
Resolution
This feature is implemented in Pega Platform 8.1.8.
