Facing issue with Tracer, Live UI and Search after Pega7 upgrade
Summary
User reports the following issues on launching their custom portal:
1.Clicking Tracing leads to open a new window for Designer Studio.
2.Clicking Live UI showing and error message.
3.Unable to perform Search.
Error Messages
Steps to Reproduce
1 Launch a custom portal from Pega 7.1.8 upgraded from PRPC 6.3.1.
2 Try performing the search on designer studio.
3 Try launching the tracer from designer studio.
4 Try launching the UI inspector.
Root Cause
On launching the custom portals, Pega is not using cleanUpAllThreads API if its switchApplication or switchPortal call.Resolution
Hotfix-23270 is provided to address this issue.
